




Position Summary: We are seeking an Architect or Civil Engineer with experience in supervising hospital construction projects and managing on-site personnel to lead and manage construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and management of on-site personnel and contractors 2. Experience in supervising and executing construction programs 3. Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Opus, or Neodata **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (DIPLOMA AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSE MANDATORY). * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience. * Experience in hospital construction, government projects, and private-sector initiatives (verifiable). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Maintain consistent and direct communication with management to address and resolve site requirements. * Develop, supervise, and execute the construction schedule. * Prepare cost estimates and quantity takeoffs. * Supervise construction quality. * Supervise proper execution of architectural, structural, mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP), and finishing works. * Quantify materials, supplies, and tools. * Maintain inventory of materials, supplies, and tools available on site. * Prepare material, supply, and tool requisitions. * Supervise workforce capacity and performance of on-site personnel and contractors. * Manage and direct on-site personnel and contractors. * Review and supervise contractors and their executed work. * Review contractors' cost estimates. * Maintain a site logbook and progress reports. * Resolve problems. **EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:** * Interaction with suppliers and contractors. * Leadership and personnel management. * Reading and interpreting architectural, structural, MEP, and other technical drawings. * Knowledge of construction material quantification. * Familiarity with productivity tables for developing architectural schedules. * Proficiency in Excel. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Proficiency in Opus or Neodata. Desirable knowledge of the following software: * 3DS Max. * Vray. * Revit. * Sketchup. * Archicad, BIM methodology.
