We are currently looking for: Resident for Construction Control and Progress – San Luis Potosí What do you need? * Civil Engineer or Architect (degree and professional license mandatory). * Availability to travel (work location: San Luis Potosí). * Valid driver’s license. * Knowledge of logbook preparation. * Knowledge of regulatory standards. * Experience supervising construction works on land routes. * Experience in execution, supervision, and control of land-route construction projects. * Preparation and monitoring of construction estimates. * Monitoring of project schedules and adherence to cut-off dates for estimate submissions. * Cost and unit price management. * Public and/or private sector experience.
