Job Summary: Coordinate daily production, ensure compliance with safety and quality targets, supervise operational staff, and maintain the 5S methodology, adhering to procedures such as ISO/TS 16949 and LEAN. Coordination of personnel and production processes. Your tasks * Execute daily production based on available personnel, materials, and machinery according to customer requirements. * Coordinate with support departments to ensure necessary resources are in place to meet the company’s established targets for safety, quality, scrap, and plan adherence. * Ensure line startups and prepare materials and setups for the next shift. * Hand over shift to the incoming coordinator, reporting any incidents or activities performed during the shift, as well as identified opportunities for improvement and corrective actions taken. * Adhere to procedures applicable to the Production Department (ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, LEAN, and Engineering). Ensure implementation and maintenance of the 5S methodology within your work area and require your staff to comply. Ensure safety points meet established standards (machinery, oil-free floors, safety devices, etc.). * Review and verify that production complies with customer-specified parameters, ensuring processed material quality. * Review daily production and scrap reports to verify achievement of established targets. * Conduct meetings with operational staff and maintenance supervisors to review out-of-spec production conditions and machinery failures, and implement solutions. * Supervise operational staff regarding attendance (perform pre-payroll), use of personal protective equipment, daily uniform wear, achievement of established production targets, and provision of appropriate tools and equipment to accomplish tasks. Your profile * Completed university degree in engineering or related field. * Prior experience in personnel coordination. * Prior experience in production coordination. * Prior experience in inventory control and knowledge (Kaizen and KAN\-BAN). * Prior experience in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Agile Manufacturing. * Familiarity with IATF 16949. * Proficiency and understanding of ISO 14001:2015; * Knowledge of applicable legal requirements and documentation related to Environment and Safety (SEMARNAT and STPS); procedures of the management system applicable to the position. * Problem analysis and resolution skills. * Presentation and communication skills.
