Join our team! **Job Mission** The mission of this position is to supervise and manage the activities carried out by the store team, ensuring the proper implementation of protocols and customer service standards. Supervise the flawless execution of current processes and policies, contributing through actions that generate higher profitability and cost control. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities \- Ensure quality standards in service delivery by monitoring the flawless execution of team processes and activities. \- Ensure compliance with business-established metrics, generate sales reports, and conduct operational checklists for the store. \- Implement actions to ensure inventory accuracy, product facing and restocking, as well as store organization and cleanliness. \- Evaluate direct reports using performance metrics, feedback sessions, and identification of training needs. Requirements \- Completed high school education.
