Logistics and Operations City: AGUASCALIENTES Publication Date: Feb 25, 2026 Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Description: OPERATIONS COORDINATOR Position Objective: To coordinate, supervise, and control operational processes and cycles by managing human, material, and technical resources, ensuring all domestic and international shipments are properly routed, sorted, dispatched, and delivered to their destinations. Job Functions or Activities: * Supervise staff in weighing, sorting, routing, and applying routing labels to each shipment. * Ensure availability of necessary equipment and tools for daily operations. * Supervise, control, and direct assigned operational staff. * Develop and deliver training and development programs for assigned staff. * Determine pre-alerts issued to branches, indicating the volume of cargo arriving at each location. * Prepare and submit return indicators to the Shipment Control Department. * Implement contingency plans. Requirements: * Logistics experience: 4 years. * Transportation experience in courier and parcel delivery companies. * Experience managing operational and unionized personnel. * Experience in warehouse management, vehicle operation, and local delivery route planning.
