Welcome to Bosch. **Job Description** Responsible for executing preventive, corrective, and continuous improvement maintenance, as well as detecting failures and interpreting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic diagrams, parameter handling, and alarm management across various CNC equipment. **Requirements** **Main Specific Responsibilities:** * Direct support to production lines. * Support for special Maintenance projects. **Specific Tasks:** * Performs daily preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks on various production lines (Machining, Anodizing), utilizing technical skills and knowledge. * Observes and complies with Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures. * Observes and complies with Quality Management System Policies and Procedures. * Participates in and promotes continuous improvement on production lines. * Reports variations in preventive maintenance tasks regarding content and execution frequency, to update and improve them. * Documents completed work orders using established formats, accurately entering required data (Bonte, Logbook, Folder, Preventive Maintenance Orders, SAP). * Supports Manufacturing in improvements, projects, and installations. * Participates in and provides support for the development and installation of Poka\-Yokes. * Fabricates and/or adapts parts upon request. * Works efficiently and applies the 5S methodology in the assigned work area and tool cart. * Must be available in the assigned area during the agreed working hours. * All assigned activities performed incorrectly will be documented in writing. * Must be available to work different shifts according to departmental and/or production area needs. **Additional Information** **Position Profile:** Education: a) Minimum Educational Level: Completed TSU or Bachelor’s degree. b) Field of Study: Mechatronics, Electronics, Electromechanics, or related discipline. c) Years of Experience: 3 years. **Required Skills / Knowledge / Experience:** * Working under pressure. * Teamwork. * Logical reasoning. * Quick learning ability. * Easy comprehension of manuals and tutorials for device configuration (transducers, sensors, etc.). * Ability to propose solutions. * Leadership. * Knowledge and operation of machines and tools. * Interpretation of electrical diagrams. * Interpretation of ladder diagrams. * Knowledge of machining center maintenance. * Knowledge of Hydraulics and Pneumatics. * Mechanical knowledge. * CNC programming knowledge. * Electrical control knowledge (PLC's Allen Bradley, Rexroth preferred.
