




**Job Objectives** You will be responsible for and participate in the planning, coordination, and supervision of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for the plant, equipment, and facilities, ensuring operational continuity, asset reliability, cost control, and compliance with applicable safety, quality, and regulatory standards. **Responsibilities** * Collaborate in developing and managing the Maintenance Plan (Weekly, Monthly, Semi-annual) * Schedule preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities * Define maintenance priorities based on equipment and process criticality * Develop maintenance schedules to minimize unplanned downtime * Manage work orders * Coordinate maintenance personnel * Assign resources, timeframes, and materials for each work order * Coordinate maintenance activities with production, safety and hygiene, and external suppliers * Monitor failure history, downtime, and maintenance costs Three years of experience in industrial maintenance and personnel management Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. – 7 p.m., and Saturdays, 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. One-hour lunch break Statutory benefits Salary: $15,000 – $20,000 Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $15,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
