




Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, International Business, or related field Requirements * Minimum two years of experience * Language: English * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; Excel proficiency for database management is mandatory Essential knowledge: Knowledge of pre-audit of documentation, information, and instructions established for each import transaction: 1: COVES. 2: Customs entry and supporting documentation. 3: Electronic Value Declaration. 4: Scope 4: Declaration Annexes. o Documentary validation (traceability) of all files supporting the transaction, including invoices, contracts, payment receipts, and other elements required under applicable regulations. * Review of proforma invoices * File audit * Knowledge of procedures before the Single Window for Foreign Trade (VUCEM) - IMMEX Program * PROSEC Program * VAT-IEPS Certification * Declarations – Certificates of Origin * Inventory administration and control (A24) * Control of changes in customs regimes * Compliance with obligations stipulated in decrees and certifications to ensure adherence to foreign trade regulations * Knowledge of foreign trade regulations, Customs Law, General Import and Export Tax Law (LIGIE), General Foreign Trade Rules, Promotion Programs (IMMEX, PROSEC), INCOTERMS, International Agreements and Treaties, VAT-IEPS Certification Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $22,000.00 MXN per month Work location: On-site employment
