A growing company is looking to integrate an organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant into its team to support the proper handling of information and documentation in healthcare services. **Job Objective:** Ensure accurate information processing and generation of reliable data that contributes to the quality of final deliverables for clients. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Prepare pre-service documentation (privacy notices, informed consents, vouchers, labels, and logs). * Explain to users the purpose and correct completion of documents, avoiding errors and rework. * Supervise proper form completion and coordinate material delivery for study execution. * Maintain patient log records, completed processes, and follow-up on performed studies. * Validate registered information against performed studies, identify incidents, and ensure their correction. * Generate additional documentation for patients not initially included. * Organize, safeguard, and deliver documentation to the corresponding department for archiving. * Administer and maintain updated logs and inventories of the mobile unit. * Support the registration and organization of information for final report preparation, ensuring order and alignment with corporate image. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in administrative fields. * Experience in the healthcare sector (desirable). * Minimum 1 year of customer service experience. * Minimum 1 year of verifiable administrative experience. **Technical Knowledge:** * File, record, log, and inventory management. * Form completion and document control. * Knowledge of personal data protection (desirable). * Proficiency in Office suite applications. * Intermediate to advanced Excel (desirable). * Basic knowledge of descriptive statistics and/or SPSS (desirable). **Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Effective communication and courteous demeanor. * Teamwork. * Time management. * Problem solving. * Service-oriented attitude. * Adaptability to operational changes. **We Offer:** * Salary: $12,000 to $14,000 monthly (based on experience). * Biweekly payments. * Statutory benefits.
