Development of strategies and student continuity 1\.\- DECISION-MAKING FACILITATOR TO ENSURE STUDENT CONTINUITY 2\.\- ORGANIZED 4\.\- COURTEOUS 5\.\- EFFECTIVE TIME MANAGER 6\.\- INITIATIVE-ORIENTED 7\.\- RISK ASSESSOR 8\.\- COMMITTED 9\.\- ASSERTIVE IN LISTENING AND SPEAKING 10\.\- PROFICIENT IN USING EDUCATIONAL PLATFORMS SUCH AS MOODLE, SERVOESCOLAR, AND ANY OTHER SYSTEMS IMPLEMENTED BY THE INSTITUTION FOR OPERATIONAL AND ACTIVITY DEVELOPMENT. 11\.\- SERVICE-ORIENTED ATTITUDE RESPONSIBILITIES 1\.\- COORDINATE AND SUPERVISE STUDENT GROUPS AND INSTRUCTORS UNDER YOUR CHARGE 2\.\- SERVE AS A LIAISON BETWEEN ACADEMIC COORDINATION AND ACADEMIC PROCESSES 3\.\- SERVE AS A LIAISON WITH STUDENT GROUPS AND INSTRUCTORS TO REINFORCE INSTITUTIONAL PROCESSES AND CHANNEL CASES TO THE CORRESPONDING DEPARTMENT 4\.\- GUIDE INSTRUCTORS AND STUDENTS ON PLATFORM USAGE 5\.\- MONITOR STUDENT RETENTION 6\.\- PROCESS STUDENT WITHDRAWALS AND FORMALIZE CLASS/TIMESLOT AND/OR GROUP CHANGES 7\.\- DEVELOP ACADEMIC REGULARIZATION STRATEGIES 8\.\- PREPARE CLASS SCHEDULES 9\.\- HIRE AND PROFILE INSTRUCTORS 10\.\- REVIEW COURSE CONTENT AND SUPPORT ACADEMY COORDINATION IN DEVELOPING PLATFORM MATERIAL 11\.\- VALIDATE PROGRAM IMPROVEMENT PROPOSALS IN COLLABORATION WITH MANAGERS 12\.\- FINALIZE GRADUATING CLASS GRADUATION PROCESSES 13\.\- SUPERVISE INSTRUCTOR CLASSES 14\.\- VERIFY AND SUPERVISE WEEKLY REPORT PREPARATION BY MANAGERS AND VALIDATE INFORMATION (WITHDRAWALS, ACADEMIC ALERTS, INSTRUCTOR AND STUDENT ABSENCE ALERTS, COLLECTION FOLLOW-UP, ADMINISTRATIVE AND/OR ACADEMIC AGREEMENT FOLLOW-UP, AND OTHER PROCESSES THAT MAY ARISE) 15\.\- MAINTAIN COURTEOUS, EFFECTIVE, AND DIRECT COMMUNICATION WITH MANAGERS, INSTRUCTORS, AND STUDENTS 16\.\- SUPPORT AND PROVIDE GUIDANCE FOR ESTABLISHING SOCIAL SERVICE AGREEMENTS WITH RELEVANT PROFESSIONAL FIELDS 17\.\- SUPPORT AND ADVISE ACADEMIC COORDINATION AS NEEDED TO FACILITATE ACHIEVEMENT OF INSTITUTIONAL OBJECTIVES 19\.\- MONITOR AND PROVIDE FEEDBACK ON INSTRUCTOR EVALUATIONS (EXCEPT IN SPECIAL CASES, WHICH WILL BE REVIEWED JOINTLY WITH ACADEMIC DIRECTORATE), AND ENFORCE REGULATIONS IN CASES OF STUDENT MISCONDUCT 20\.\- ATTEND MEETINGS WITH INSTRUCTORS TO COMMUNICATE INSTITUTIONAL GUIDELINES ISSUED BY ACADEMIC COORDINATION, ACADEMIC DIRECTORATE, AND/OR OPERATIONS DIRECTORATE 21\.\- ABSENCE MONITORING 22\.\- MONITORING AND COMPLETION OF GRADUATION PROCESSES.
