Therefore, we seek a **results-oriented English instructor**, passionate about supporting professionals in developing real-world, industry-relevant, and workplace-applicable communication skills. The ideal candidate will uphold high academic standards, build close rapport with students, possess an innovative mindset, and be open to integrating artificial intelligence tools into the learning process. We seek someone who not only teaches English but also inspires confidence, drives students’ professional growth, and contributes to transforming how Mexico learns languages. **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in English Teaching, Languages, Education, Linguistics, International Relations, Communication, Business, or a related field. **Experience:** * Minimum of 1 year delivering virtual classes to professionals. * Proficient, professional, and functional use of Google Meet, digital materials, and online resources. * Integration of artificial intelligence tools and other technological supports to enrich remote learning experiences before, during, or after class. * Experience using generative AI to design educational prompts focused on English learning. Ability to create personalized activities supporting conversation, error correction, vocabulary, and professional practice for students. * Development of supplementary materials, simulations, and resources reinforcing students’ autonomous practice. * Maintaining schedule organization, punctuality, prior preparation, and post-session follow-up. * Independently resolving basic operational issues related to connectivity, materials, access, or classroom tool usage. Languages: * Advanced English C1–C2 (with certification such as CENNI, TOEFL, TQT, or Cambridge) * Native speaker Pedagogical Competencies: * Design of personalized, one-on-one classes * Communicative and functional teaching for adults and executives * Ability to diagnose areas for improvement in speaking, listening, grammar, reading, writing, vocabulary, and pronunciation. * Continuous adjustment of teaching strategies to meet students’ actual needs. * Tactful and judicious error correction, building confidence without inhibiting participation. * Mastery of business English and real executive contexts. * Ability to contextualize lessons within workplace scenarios such as meetings, presentations, negotiations, interviews, networking, sales, and leadership. * Proficiency in managing video call flow and communication tools such as Slack. * Independent resolution of basic operational incidents. * Clear, professional, and empathetic communication * Commitment to delivering a premium student experience in every interaction. * Punctuality **Values Aligned with Clarius:** * Commitment to results. * Boundless innovation. * Raising standards. * Empowering our students.
