NISSAN TORRES CORZO IS SEEKING: SERVICE CONTROLLER FOR THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT OBJECTIVES * Schedule and assign service orders to be performed within the workshop, as well as control vehicle entry and exit, measuring time and movement to deliver the vehicle to the customer according to the committed delivery date. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Authorize completed service orders and maintain records and control thereof. * Track piece-rate wages per technician and forward this information to Human Resources for payroll processing. * Receive and register daily service orders. * Organize and assign service orders to workshop personnel, considering service priority and staff workload. * Supervise and monitor the service process for each vehicle entering the workshop to ensure necessary repairs are performed and delivery deadlines are met. * Prepare daily work reports per technician. * Prepare daily service order reports for control and archiving purposes. * Maintain a pending order log to enable appropriate follow-up. * Notify Service Advisors of any anomalies or delays in vehicle service, as well as agreements reached with customers. * Prepare weekly work reports per workshop technician, generate charts, and forward the information to the Service Manager. REQUIREMENTS: * Age 25–40 * Industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or business administration degree * Minimum 2 years’ experience either as Warranty Coordinator or Professional Service Advisor within an automotive workshop (non-unionized); basic knowledge of mechanics, administrative controls, warranties, timing, and workflow.
