




Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Coordinator with experience in payroll processes, personnel management, and accounting systems, responsible for payroll and tax calculations. Teamwork capability and results-oriented mindset **Payroll Coordinator** **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting * Minimum of **5 years** of experience as a Payroll Coordinator * In-depth knowledge of **payroll processes** * Proficiency in **Compaq i** * Experience handling procedures with **IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT** * Experience in **personnel management** * Strong **teamwork capability** * **Results-oriented mindset** and attention to detail **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Calculation and preparation of **weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll** * **Tax calculation** and fulfillment of tax obligations * Calculation and control of **IMSS contributions** * Operation of **Compaq i, SUA, and IDSE systems** * Monitoring and tracking of **payroll incidents** * Coordination and supervision of the payroll team **We Offer:** * **Competitive salary**, commensurate with experience * **Benefits exceeding statutory requirements** * Working hours: **Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** * Job stability and excellent working environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
