Leading innovative and global projects Maintenance Coordinator **Location:**Gestamp Aguascalientes, MX, Gestamp Ag **Date:** Feb 26, 2026 Press Maintenance Manager Long Description **Role Summary** * Responsible for managing the human and financial resources assigned to the area to achieve objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze equipment performance to develop strategies. * Monitor compliance with scheduled maintenance activities. * Review and validate equipment release for new projects. * Contribute to continuous improvement within the maintenance department. * Manage spare parts required to ensure equipment availability. * Coordinate suppliers to perform specialized work. * Manage major maintenance plans. * Analyze and validate lessons learned generated within the area. * Evaluate personnel under supervision during established periods. **Key Qualifications/Requirements** * Failure analysis methodologies. * Advanced knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). * Administrative processes for planned maintenance. * Maintenance supply chain management. * Control of maintenance management indicators (Availability, MTTR, MTBF, Reliability, etc.). * Knowledge of maintenance methodologies and philosophies (RCM – Reliability-Centered Maintenance). * Establishment of control points within the maintenance area. **Knowledge and Education** Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical Maintenance Engineering * **Work Experience** * 5 years of experience in similar positions. * Sector: Automotive, Metal-Mechanical (Presses and Assembly) **Additional information** * Domestic and international travel, at least 3 times per year. *We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and seek to hire the best candidate regardless of age, beliefs, disability, ethnicity, gender or sexual orientation.* About us We are a multi-technology company present in over 20 countries and our team of over 40,000 is made up of 90 different nationalities.
