




Job Summary: A Labor Relations professional responsible for daily monitoring and control of employees, organizational climate, and enforcement of internal regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Control of labor issues and implementation of internal policies **LABOR RELATIONS** **Purpose of the Position:** * Daily operational monitoring and follow-up of employees and internal requests. **Responsibilities:** * Monitoring organizational climate among employees. * Managing labor issues, disagreements, questions, and clarifications. * Monitoring and implementing internal regulations and policies. * Managing requests and improvements related to working conditions, collecting permissions, advances, vacations, medical leaves, and overtime—aligned with internal regulations. * Issuing verbal, written warnings, or suspensions for staff, as stipulated by company policies. * Managing employee separations and administering exit interviews. * Conducting inductions for newly hired staff, including facility tours and introductions to their new department and direct supervisor. * Supporting the identification of general areas for improvement and enhancements to working conditions. * Filing and document control. * Pre\-payroll preparation. * Assisting with internal communications. * Maintaining proper tracking of incidents across all departments. * Managing labor issues, disagreements, questions, and clarifications. **Requirements:** * Gender: Unrestricted * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, or Human Resources (in progress or completed) * 1 year of experience **We Offer:** * Weekly payment * Monthly **gross** salary: $18,153.36 * Weekly food vouchers: $200.00 * Weekly punctuality and attendance bonus: $210.00 * Transportation support bonus: $200.00 * No probationary week * Statutory benefits from day one * 100% IMSS coverage * 100% savings fund * Statutory vacation bonus: 25%, plus an additional 5% provided by the company * Thirteenth-month bonus (Aguinaldo): 15 days **SCHEDULE, TEMPORARY ROTATING SHIFT** * SHIFT 1: Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM; Saturday Half Shift: 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM * SHIFT 2: Monday to Friday: 2:30 PM to 10:00 PM; Saturday Half Shift: 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM * SHIFT 3: Not currently available but not ruled out LOCATION: Los Lermas neighborhood, Guadalupe, N.L.
