




Nutrypollo plant located in the north of the city is seeking the following position: **HR MANAGER:** **Responsibilities:** Handling and monitoring labor separation processes; Monitoring staff promotions and position reclassifications; Orienting new employees; Monitoring RIT (Internal Rotation and Transfer); Preparing and monitoring labor reports; Issuing final settlement documents (finiquitos); Monitoring personnel administration; Supporting and monitoring training plans, vacancy coverage, and performance evaluations; Assisting in organizational chart analysis and job description development; Monitoring labor investigations, workplace incidents, improvements, and organizational climate; Conducting salary, wage, and benefits research and forecasting; Reviewing and analyzing payroll incidents; Reviewing headcount templates with department heads; Tracking KPIs, disciplinary actions, and action plans for turnover and absenteeism; Developing, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and policies; Labor relations; Participating in organizing team-building and organizational culture activities; Supporting the control and monitoring of personnel files. **Knowledge:** Federal Labor Law; Candidate assessment and selection; Labor relations; IMSS and INFONAVIT laws; General HR management. **Skills:** Negotiation, sense of urgency, strong verbal communication, numerical aptitude, and proactivity.
