Position Summary: Mechanical engineer or related professional to develop MEP, SCI, and HVAC installation engineering, ensuring compliance with regulations and managing projects. Key Highlights: 1. Advanced AutoCAD proficiency and Revit knowledge preferred Education: Mechanical engineering degree or related field. Mandatory: Knowledge of MEP, SCI, and HVAC installations, plus on-site experience. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Development of MEP, SCI, and HVAC installation engineering. * Delivery of engineering drawings compliant with Mexican Official Standards, NFPA, FM, ASHRAE, and SMACNA. * Preparation of calculation reports (pipe sizing, ductwork sizing, thermal calculations, hydraulic pump sizing). * Preparation of item catalogs and material lists. * Identification of opportunities to improve cost estimation processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD (advanced), and Revit (preferred). * Knowledge of specifications for hydraulic and HVAC equipment and materials. * Knowledge of task coordination and personnel management. * Collection of technical information for project design. * Execution of calculations and generation of budgets in Opus and/or Neodata.
