Job Summary: Ensure compliance with standards, manage operations, develop personnel, and prepare production reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality standards and process management 2. Personnel competency development 3. Production reporting Ensure adherence to Standard Work Sheets (SWS), Visual Aids (VA), Quality Check Sheets (QCS), and Packaging Standards (PS). \- Develop and implement the Operation Observation Program. \- Develop competencies of subordinates using the ILU methodology. \- Meet production plan requirements. \- Prepare production reports. \- Clarify acceptance or rejection criteria for parts. \- Apply Anomaly Handling Rules. \- Review the frequency of parts to be dimensionally inspected by Operator Q. \- Ensure implementation of 5S in the work area. \- Shift role.
