Opportunity for teamwork and initiative development **Production and Warehouse Operator** At Miel de la Cruz, we are looking for a committed, responsible individual with willingness to perform operational tasks, who can join our team in the production and warehouse areas. This position focuses on supporting various activities related to product preparation, packaging, labeling, and storage, as well as basic inventory organization and control. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring products meet quality and presentation standards prior to storage or shipment. Additionally, the position requires active participation in production processes, including assisting in formula preparation, product packaging, container cleaning, and material preparation. It also involves consistent physical work, such as loading, moving, and arranging boxes; assisting with drum weighing; and transporting goods within the facility. We seek someone with a positive attitude, capable of teamwork, maintaining order and cleanliness in their work area, and demonstrating initiative to support various tasks as required. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education * Basic experience in warehouse or production (preferred) * Availability for physical work (loading and moving products) * Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and teamwork skills **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Job stability * Positive work environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $8,000\.00 \- $9,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
