Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets **About the Role** We are seeking a **Process Operator** for the night shift, with a technical focus and high attention to detail, to ensure accurate transfer, monitoring, and management of audiovisual materials (audio and video) within critical digital workflows. This role is essential to ensuring content reaches QC and post-production teams complete, correct, and on time. **Responsibilities** * Manage **download and upload of audiovisual materials** via servers, secure transfer platforms, and networks. * Monitor and maintain the **digital workflow**, verifying integrity, format, and delivery timelines. * Record and track processes using **Google Sheets (advanced level)**. * Operate and verify proper functioning of **professional audio and video equipment** (servers, workstations, players, reference monitors, etc.). * Deliver materials to the **QC and post-production teams** promptly and accurately. * Document **technical incidents or failures** in file transfers and reception. * Comply with **content security and confidentiality protocols**. **Technical Requirements** * Experience with **large-file transfers** (WeTransfer, Aspera, Signiant, or similar). * Proficiency in **Google Sheets** (formulas, filters, data validation), Google Drive, and Gmail. * General knowledge of **networks and data transfer protocols**. * Ability to operate or quickly learn to operate **professional audiovisual equipment**. * Strong organizational skills and task tracking. * Proficiency with **Mac and Windows**. * **Intermediate–advanced technical English** (reading, report writing, and email correspondence). **Soft Skills** * High level of **responsibility and commitment**, especially during the night shift. * Excellent **time management and attention to detail**. * Logical thinking and **technical problem-solving ability**. * Clear communication for reporting incidents. * Adaptability to changes in processes or technical requirements. * Discipline to perform routine tasks without compromising quality. * **Confidentiality and professional ethics**. **Desirable** * Basic knowledge of **audiovisual post-production workflows**. * Experience in secure environments (TPN). * Familiarity with collaborative tools such as **Slack, Airtable**, or others.
