Law firm specialized in immigration procedures and foreign investment is seeking to add a detail-oriented, organized attorney with an interest in regulatory compliance applicable to companies with foreign participation in Mexico to its team. The position focuses on managing procedures before the National Institute of Migration (INM), the National Registry of Foreign Investments (RNIE), and other authorities, as well as preparing corporate documents related to these processes. Main responsibilities: Prepare, review, and submit files to the INM to obtain or renew temporary and permanent residency permits and job offers. Prepare quarterly notices and modification notices for the RNIE, as well as maintain control over expiration dates. Follow up on notarizations and corporate registrations related to companies with foreign capital. Draft letters, powers of attorney, simple translations, and other supporting documentation for immigration or corporate procedures. Coordinate appointments, payments, and legalizations with notaries and federal or state authorities. Maintain updated document control for each file and issue compliance reports.
