**We are seeking a CNC router designer and operator to carry out designs, CNC router cutting operations with quality control and equipment maintenance:** * Knowledge of Illustrator and/or Corel and/or * CNC operator experience (1 year) * Ensure design accuracy and quality **CNC Programming and Operation:** * Program the CNC router machine using **CAM** software * Select, test, and prepare appropriate cutting tools for each material * Configure and adjust machine parameters such as speed, cutting depth, and feed rate * Conduct trial cuts and necessary adjustments to ensure part quality * Monitor the cutting process **Quality Control and Maintenance:** * Verify dimensions and quality of manufactured parts * Make adjustments and corrections as needed to meet specifications * Report any issues or repair needs and seek solutions **Required Skills:** * Knowledge of technical drawing and **CAD software** * Ability to work with various materials (acrylic, plastics, aluminum, wood, MDF, plywood, etc.) * Attention to detail and precision * Patience and appreciation for fine work * Problem-solving ability * Communication skills and teamwork * Responsible and helpful * ⁠⁠Professional appearance **Full-time on-site schedule:** * Monday to Friday \- 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (with one hour for lunch) Job type: Full-time Salary: $12,500\. \- $14,000 per month Job type: Full-time Salary: $12,500\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Education: * Incomplete or ongoing higher technical education (preferred) Work location: On-site employment
