Job Summary: Support the cleaning and maintenance of green areas, performing weed removal and other tasks to ensure the efficient operation of renewable energy facilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Keep environments around solar panels clean and free of obstructions. 2. Operate and maintain weed removal tools such as brush cutters. 3. Collaborate with the team to efficiently carry out activities. A leading company in renewable energy solutions is seeking a **General Maintenance Technician**. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the cleaning and maintenance of green areas. Your primary duty will be **weed removal**, along with other related tasks to ensure facilities operate efficiently and without obstructions that could affect solar panel performance. **Responsibilities:** * Clean and remove weeds and shrubs around solar panels and other designated areas, maintaining a clean and obstruction-free environment. * Operate and properly maintain weed removal tools and equipment, such as brush cutters and their accessories. * Comply with established HSE safety standards and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent accidents and injuries. * Properly collect and dispose of weed waste and other debris generated during cleaning activities. * Coordinate with other team members and supervisors to ensure efficient execution of tasks. * Immediately report any equipment or worksite issues or damage to supervisors to enable timely correction and avoid delays. * Perform other general facility maintenance tasks as required and directed by the Site Leader. **Requirements:** **Education** * High school diploma or technical program (completed or in progress). **Experience** * 1 year of experience. * Valid driver's license. **Technical Knowledge:** * Knowledge of electrical maintenance, plumbing, light masonry, and gardening (brush cutter usage). * Basic proficiency in using manual and electric tools for maintenance. **We Offer:** * Base salary: $15,000\.00 gross per month * Statutory benefits **Schedule:** * 7:00 AM \- 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday) **Location:** * Los Cuervos, Aguascalientes
