**Hospital MAC Ags Norte is seeking:** ------------------------------------ Chemical Analyst Responsibilities: * Ensure optimal equipment operation and test performance * Validate and report results * Notify critical values * Properly use laboratory reagents and materials * Perform cross-matching tests according to blood bank guidelines. * Collect samples, ensuring sample quality from patient preparation, collection, handling, and delivery to the technical area. * Confirm that test charges are correctly entered into the system, match those requested by the physician or patient, and are input into the laboratory system for processing. * Review and release results promptly, performing clinical correlation with other laboratory tests. * Confirm alert values and notify the treating physician, on-duty physician, nursing staff, and/or patient as applicable. * Complete logs, forms, or procedures required in the area for quality assurance purposes. Education: Bachelor's degree in Microbiology and Parasitology Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Clinical Chemistry, or Clinical Biochemistry. Professional title and license are mandatory
