Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect for Construction Control, responsible for technical-administrative monitoring and project coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead technical-administrative control and monitoring of construction progress 2. Comprehensive coordination with various departments for project management 3. Analysis of crew performance and productivity A construction company requires a Civil Engineer or Architect to perform Construction Control duties. Main responsibilities include: * Control, analyze, and provide technical\-administrative follow-up on the physical progress of construction projects * Integration and review of construction estimates * Control and review of executed volumes versus contractual volumes * Analysis of crew performance and productivity * Control and updating of the list of items and their change orders * Preparation of executive progress reports for Management and the Client * Monitoring of critical supplies * Coordination with Engineering, Cost Estimation, Construction Supervision, Procurement, and Construction Administration departments * Document control and tracking of drawings, technical specifications, and technical reports * Frequent site visits to verify physical progress Requirements: * Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture * Minimum two years of experience in a similar position on industrial or commercial projects * Proficiency in MS Project, AUTOCAD, Excel, and Neodata or Opus * Valid driver's license * Willingness to travel (70% office-based, 30% on-site) We Offer: * Weekly salary based on experience * Statutory benefits Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: Starting from $16,000\.00 per month Work Location: On the road
