High level of responsibility, autonomy, and decision-making **Job Description** We are seeking a **100% operational Construction Manager**, responsible for executing and controlling construction projects from start to finish. This is not an administrative or passive supervisory role. It is a role with **full responsibility for execution**, where the objective is to ensure compliance with **schedule, budget, and quality**. The selected candidate must treat the project as their own, leading on-site teams, making decisions, and ensuring seamless operational continuity. **Responsibilities** **Construction Execution** * Adherence to the schedule * Daily coordination of site supervisors, subcontractors, and work crews * On-site progress and quality supervision * Resolution of operational incidents in the field **Supply Chain (Supply)** * Ensuring timely availability of materials, labor, and tools * Coordination with procurement and suppliers * Proactive planning to prevent work stoppages **Financial Control** * Preparation and validation of estimates * Budget tracking versus actual progress * Identification and correction of variances * Cost control by work item **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering * 4–6 years of construction experience (field experience mandatory) * Experience leading on-site work teams * Experience coordinating multiple construction fronts * Direct accountability for construction outcomes **Key Skills** * Leadership and decision-making * Effective communication with operational staff * Results-oriented mindset (schedule, budget, quality) * Field problem-solving * Sense of urgency and execution **Important** * We seek a candidate who can **take full ownership of the project as if it were their own** * **Constant on-site presence and direct leadership** are required * Candidates with purely administrative profiles or no field experience will not be considered **Performance Indicators** * Project progress versus schedule * Budget control per work item * Reduction of incidents and rework * Crew productivity * On-time delivery of deliverables **We Offer** * Growth and development opportunities within company projects * A role with high levels of responsibility and autonomy * Real authority to make decisions * An execution- and results-driven work environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $22,000.00 – $30,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
