REQUIREMENTS * Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field * Intermediate English proficiency * Experience in the automotive industry * Effective communication skills JOB OBJECTIVE Conduct internal process audits and verifications, ensuring compliance with established methods and guaranteeing service quality. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform internal process audits. * Verify that the operations area complies with self-control guidelines. * Confirm that personnel are properly trained according to the HIE method. * Prepare and follow up on Corrective Action Reports (CAR) and address customer quality complaints. * Develop and update the BSC for each plant (accidents, customer complaints, clarifications, and line stoppages). * Ensure measurement equipment is in optimal condition for service delivery.
