Strategic database management and guidance on digital products. **Telephone Sales Operator** We seek a candidate with prior work experience in telephonically contacting customer prospects, conducting affiliation sales to our Online website, and performing commercial follow-up across various customer portfolios. Supporting an initial positive experience through interaction with our digital products—explaining the registration process, resolving questions, and channeling concerns to provide necessary support for customer retention. *Main Functions or Responsibilities:* * **Active Telemarketing:** Call customer prospects to present our website and close registrations for sales. * **Appointment Scheduling:** Schedule visits to our physical branch if customers prefer in-person service via our commercial teams. * **Retention and Follow-up:** Conduct follow-up with current customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention, through promotions, bonuses, etc. * **Strategic Database Management:** Register, update, and verify customer information in CRM systems and control dashboards, preparing weekly performance reports for Management. * **Providing Guidance:** Assist users with operation of specific website tools and features, such as live betting, casino games, and bonus systems.
