We are committed to accuracy, innovation, and a world\-class supply chain infrastructure. **Role Overview** The **Inventory Manager** is responsible for overseeing all inventory\-control activities and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and availability of materials across the facility. This role manages cycle counts, stock reconciliation, material movements, and ERP data accuracy. The Inventory Manager works closely with warehouse, production, procurement, and quality teams to maintain a highly organized and efficient flow of goods. This position ensures that Nysonian maintains a reliable inventory system that supports rapid growth, reduces costs, and enhances overall operational performance. **Key Responsibilities** **Inventory Control \& Accuracy** * Maintain accurate inventory levels for raw materials, components, WIP, and finished goods. * Lead daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts; analyze results and implement corrective actions. * Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including quantity variances, mis\-picks, or material mix\-ups. * Ensure proper labeling, bin management, and storage practices within all warehouse zones. **ERP/WMS Data Integrity** * Oversee inventory transactions in ERP/WMS systems, ensuring accurate real\-time data. * Validate receiving, transfers, adjustments, and production consumption entries. * Identify system errors or process gaps and coordinate corrective solutions. * Support enhancements or upgrades to ERP/WMS functionality. **Process \& Compliance Management** * Develop and implement inventory\-control procedures, ensuring alignment with company policies. * Maintain audit\-ready documentation related to inventory movements and controls. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and internal SOPs. * Lead 5S and continuous\-improvement initiatives within inventory areas. **Cross\-Functional Coordination** * Collaborate with purchasing to identify material shortages, overstocks, and slow\-moving items. * Support production with accurate material availability and monitoring of consumption trends. * Partner with quality teams to manage quarantined, defective, or dispositioned inventory. * Coordinate with inbound/outbound supervisors to maintain correct stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO). **Reporting \& KPIs** * Track and report key inventory metrics such as accuracy percentage, cycle\-count results, stock turns, write\-off levels, and aging materials. * Provide regular updates and insights to Supply Chain leadership. * Recommend strategic improvements to reduce carrying costs and improve inventory performance. **Team Leadership** * Supervise and develop the inventory\-control team (analysts, counters, data specialists). * Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations. * Promote a strong culture of accountability and operational discipline. **Qualifications** **Education \& Experience** * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field preferred. * 3–5 years of inventory management experience, ideally in a manufacturing or distribution environment. * Experience with ERP or WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Fishbowl, etc.). * Strong understanding of inventory control methods, cycle counts, and root\-cause analysis. **Skills \& Competencies** * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making abilities. * High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. * Strong communication skills and cross\-functional collaboration. * Ability to work under pressure in a fast\-paced environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, reporting). * Knowledge of Lean, 5S, and continuous\-improvement methodologies is a plus. **What Nysonian Offers** * Opportunity to build and optimize a key operational function in a growing organization. * A collaborative, high\-performance work environment. * Professional development and growth opportunities. * Competitive compensation and benefits.
