In our High-Tech Greenhouses, we don’t just cultivate premium products—we also cultivate the success of our people! **Your Mission:** Be the driving force behind our organizational culture, balancing administrative precision with a human-centered and strategic vision. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of solid experience in the role. * In-depth knowledge of current **Labor Reforms**. * ISO 9001 and 14001 knowledge is desirable. * Proactive attitude and results-oriented mindset. * A "problem-solving" mindset when facing change and conflict. * Passion for HR. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Talent Management:** Large-scale recruitment & selection (R\&S), talent retention plans, onboarding, and annual training plans. * **Personnel Administration:** Preparation of payroll drafts/final payrolls (weekly and biweekly), handling attendance incidents and employee separations. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Management of IDSE, SUA, and support during ISO 9001/14001 audits\. * **Well-being:** Coordination of medical services, performance evaluations, internal events, and improvement of the work climate. **Ready for the challenge?** **Apply now and grow your future with us!** Salary: $17,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Company phone Workplace: On-site employment
