Welcome to Bosch. **Job Description** **Position Objective** Responsible for process failure analysis and detection, change management, and optimization projects in the controls area. Interpretation and monitoring of various programs running on the production line. **Main Specific Responsibilities** * Responsible for corrective/systematic actions and failure resolution. * Main Specific Responsibilities * Preventive analysis * Corrective actions * Predictive actions * Promote safety, health, and environmental protection in accordance with ISO 14001/ISO 45001 standards and applicable regulations. * OT Planner and Technician activities **Specific Tasks** * Respect and apply established safety and hygiene regulations. * Respect and apply internal regulations and legal requirements. * Responsible for managing and analyzing their specialization system. * Responsible for achieving and aligning with established departmental metrics as objectives, with focus on their area of specialization. * Responsible for managing and analyzing CS2000\. * Responsible for addressing software-related failures. * Responsible for generating corrective and systematic actions related to their area of specialization. * Responsible for monitoring PLCs/IPCs and logical sequences based on object-oriented programming. * Programming of axis actuators and movement of assembly lines. * Programming, configuration, and troubleshooting of vision systems on assembly lines, including data matrix readers and vision sensors. * Programming, configuration, and troubleshooting of laser marking systems on assembly lines. * Implementation of changes and/or improvements on the line through product understanding (technical drawings, parts lists, BOMs…). * Review, interpret, and apply changes to control and electrical diagrams/codes. * Support continuous improvement activities. * Provide training to personnel regarding their area of specialization. * Understand environmental, safety, and occupational health objectives for their department and plant. * Understand environmental aspects associated with their workplace, as well as established operational controls for these aspects, and hazards and risks in their work activities. * Understand the Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Policy. * Identify the leader of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System and Environmental Management System. * Understand the emergency response plan and implement it when necessary. * Participate in relevant Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental training according to their position within the company. * Comply with company-established health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Timely reporting of unsafe acts or conditions. * Compliance with procedures and tasks derived from OT Planner / Technician roles **Requirements** **Position Profile:** Education: a) Minimum Education Level: Technical degree b) Specialization: Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field c) English: Advanced d) Years of Experience: 5 \+.
