San Jose Del Alto – Tijuana, Baja California** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job Description At Mecánica TEK, **a FEMSA Group company**, we are currently seeking a **Warehouse Dispatcher** for the Inventory and Spare Parts department. **Objective** Ensure the supply of spare parts and maintain an organized warehouse with proper labeling and location of spare parts, while controlling incoming and outgoing items according to FEMSA processes and policies. **Main Responsibilities** Request spare parts specifications (complete unit details) from internal customers. Verify whether the requested part is available in the warehouse (via physical search and system check). Verify that the internal customer has an assigned repair order before delivering the spare part. Validate the manual requisition form completed by the technician requesting spare parts. Create the requisition in the system using data provided by the Purchasing Manager. Receive spare parts and purchase orders from suppliers. Verify that the received part’s details match those specified in the requisition. **Education** High school diploma or higher (certified). **Other Requirements** Flexible working hours (shift rotation required) **MANDATORY** **8-hour shifts** Knowledge of automotive spare parts. **We Offer** Base salary.
