Coordinate, supervise, and track import processes, guaranteeing customs and logistics compliance while maintaining smooth and effective communication with our client. * \*Academic Qualifications\*\*: \- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, International Relations, or related fields. * \*Minimum Experience\*\*: \- 2 to 3 years in import operations. \- Experience working with customs brokers and freight forwarders. \- Practical knowledge of the Mexican customs process. \- Familiarity with **C-TPAT** certification. \- Document management capability: B/L, invoices, certificates of origin, NOMs, etc. \- Excellent communication and follow-up skills. \- Proficiency in Excel and logistics/commercial platforms. \- Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure. * \*Personal Attributes\*\*: \- Proactivity and autonomy. \- Attention to detail. \- Problem-solving ability. * \*Main Responsibilities\*\*: \- Coordinate import documentation. \- Track shipments from origin to warehouse arrival in Nuevo Laredo. \- Validate and timely deliver required documentation for customs clearance. \- Monitor transit, customs, and domestic transportation times. \- Generate shipment and cost reports.
