We are currently seeking your talent to join our MEXPROUD SHIPPING team as: COMMERCIAL EXECUTIVE **(freight forwarder)** Requirements to join our team: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Business Management, International Relations, or a related field. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (mandatory). * Goal-oriented with strong focus on performance and objective achievement. * Ability to prospect clients via telephone and provide personalized follow-up. * Mandatory experience in **freight forwarding**. Experience: * Minimum of 4 years working as a Commercial Executive. * **Mandatory experience** selling core freight forwarding services: ocean, air, and land transportation. * Customer service orientation. * Problem-solving skills. Knowledge: * Consultative service sales within the commercial area. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. * Knowledge of international trade and Incoterms. Your responsibilities will include: * Developing new business. * Prospecting clients through a consultative sales process. * Negotiating with clients to close sales. * Managing a client portfolio to maintain and grow accounts. * Monitoring and fulfilling client needs throughout the entire commercial process. * Managing your schedule and developing relationships with clients and prospects to build and sustain trusted business relationships. * Achieving established sales objectives and KPI targets. * Preparing reports and activity summaries—both inside and outside the CRM—to ensure proper tracking of prospects and clients in your portfolio. * Researching and/or staying informed about trends and dynamics within the logistics industry.
