




Job Summary: Responsible for conducting customs reviews and inspections, safeguarding the integrity of goods, and reporting anomalies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conducts reviews and inspections with customs authorities 2. Supervises loading and unloading of goods 3. Reports anomalies to safeguard the integrity of goods Objective: Efficiently carry out reviews and inspections with customs authorities, pre-inspections, and customs examinations, always aiming to safeguard the integrity of goods and reporting any anomalies detected. Releases and supervises the loading of goods onto vehicles for customs clearance. Responsibilities: 1. Receiving and reviewing documents for customs clearance. (Reviewing key fields of the customs entry form for awareness in case of a customs examination.) 2. Conducting pre-inspections according to established procedures and as requested by management (for import, export, and rail shipments). 3. Reporting the status of goods—including shortages, overages, damages, or any other anomalies detected during goods inspections (e.g., customs examinations, pre-inspections, etc.). 4. Completing pre-inspection reports based on inspection results. 5. Supervising the loading of goods at the time of handover to transport routes. 6. Conducting physical and documentary inspections jointly with customs personnel during customs examinations. 7. Supervising cargo consolidation or deconsolidation after customs clearance, if the operation requires movement within or outside the customs facility. 8. Consulting and applying the company’s general policies and procedures. 9. Performing activities and generating evidence required for certification compliance.
