As a **Customs Assistant**, your mission is to manage the customs client onboarding process with customs service providers. Responsibilities: * Efficiently review tax documents, maintain electronic, physical, and cloud-based filing systems. Update the electronic directory of customs services. * Analyze and issue customs clearance rates and Customs Product service rates for internal customer requests. * Provide administrative and follow-up support to Customs Procurement. * Manage customs agent performance reports for Customs Product commercial and operations teams to access information. Ideal Candidate: * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles within customs agency onboarding and/or Freight Forwarding. * Solid understanding of the customs file lifecycle. * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade and Customs. * Intermediate English We Offer: * Competitive salary. * Base salary paid 100% via payroll. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Hybrid work model. * Compensation and benefits program.
