Therefore, we are seeking to hire a Commercial Logistics Advisor in Mexico City—results-oriented, business-minded, and commercially focused. **Job Objective:** To develop and consolidate commercial relationships with importer and exporter clients by identifying opportunities and implementing comprehensive logistics solutions that generate value and contribute to the organization’s sustainable growth. **Main Responsibilities:** * Identify and develop new business opportunities * Design and promote international transportation solutions (ocean, air, and land) * Prepare competitive quotations and lead negotiation processes with suppliers * Manage and strengthen long-term commercial relationships * Coordinate with operational departments to ensure proper service execution * Meet and exceed established sales targets **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field * Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the logistics / freight forwarding sector * Active client portfolio required (Automotive, High-Tech, Pharma, Aerospace, Project Cargo) * Solid knowledge of international transportation * Experience in freight quotation and negotiation * Intermediate English (desirable) * CRM proficiency * Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills * Results-driven, proactive, and professionally responsible **Employment Offer:** * Base net salary: $28,000 – $35,000 * Tiered commission scheme * Continuous training and professional development plan * Real internal growth opportunities within the organization * Professional work environment with global reach **Location:** Aguascalientes **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 9:00–18:00; short Friday **Benefits and Perks:** Major medical expense insurance, Savings fund, Grocery and restaurant vouchers, Corporate membership Travel allowances covered (meals, transportation, accommodation), Benefits exceeding legal requirements and additional wellness-oriented benefits **If you have industry experience and seek to join a solid, growing organization with international projection, we invite you to apply.** Salary: $32,000.00 – $35,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service * Savings fund * Maternity leave exceeding statutory requirements * Paternity leave exceeding statutory requirements * Sick leave * Flexible working hours * Medical expense insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Company phone * Remote work * Grocery vouchers * Restaurant vouchers Workplace: Remote
