Description
* Education: Bachelor's degree or technical degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar positions.
* Experience managing operational staff.
* Knowledge of inventory management (cyclic counts, stock control, maximum and minimum levels).
* Knowledge of receiving, storage, and distribution processes.
* Proficiency in office tools (intermediate\-advanced Excel).
* Knowledge of warehouse safety and hygiene standards.
* Leadership, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
* Availability for flexible scheduling and shift work.
**Main responsibilities:**
* Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse operations.
* Ensure proper receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials and products.
* Manage and lead assigned personnel, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
* Control and guarantee inventory accuracy.
* Implement and monitor cyclic counts and physical inventories.
* Ensure compliance with safety, order, and cleanliness standards in the area.
* Optimize space and processes within the warehouse.
* Identify and implement improvements in logistics processes.
* Prepare operational reports and performance indicators (KPIs).
* Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Logistics departments to ensure proper material flow.
Salary: $19,000\.00 per month
