




1. Plan the daily work of assigned areas according to overall occupancy percentages, in order to carry out assigned activities with the required quality and timeliness. 2. Supervise operational procedures (Lost and Found, Key Control, etc.) and departmental administration of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring they are performed according to established standards. 3. Establish close communication with Maintenance, Reception, and Prevention departments in order to anticipate guest needs. 4. Implement service standards related to the Housekeeping, Public Areas, and Laundry departments. 5. Manage inventories, linens, room operating equipment, and guest supplies. 6. Prepare the annual budget for the Housekeeping Department. 7. Manage expense control within the Housekeeping Department.
