We are currently seeking new talent for our company and are recruiting Warehouse Assistants. **General Objective:** Manage warehouse logistics related to receiving and scheduling deliveries. Supervise assigned personnel to achieve company goals, as well as understand, apply, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures. **PT Warehouse:** Manage warehouse logistics for delivery scheduling, local and national shipments, and inventory control; train staff (shipping documents, waybills, inventory management, reporting, AXYTY software application). **Responsibilities:** **1.** Ensure accurate inventory of products and supplies. **2.** Manage logistics for shipping to local and international customers. **3.** Coordinate collection of finished products from production, as well as delivery of magistral prescription orders. **4.** Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper organization of materials, including appropriate segregation of non-conforming materials. **5.** Correctly pack orders and prepare waybills (DHL) for domestic and international shipments. **6.** Train staff on updates to the AXYTY software application. **7.** Coordinate rotating daily and weekly tasks among staff members. **8.** Ensure procedures across all departments are followed as established, to prevent incidents. The above responsibilities are not exhaustive.
