Job Summary: Provides comprehensive technical support for networks, servers, hardware, and users, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and inventory management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive technical support for systems and networks 2. Management of software, hardware, and users 3. Participation in system and security configuration Provides technical support for networks, servers, hardware, users, devices, and software installed on the network for company personnel use. 2 Provides basic training to new users and assistance to existing users. 2 Installs, configures, and updates software (Windows, Office, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Minitab, antivirus, etc.). 2 Creates computer system images for faster equipment configuration. Installs and configures network cabling and connections. 2 Creates and unlocks users/permissions in "Active Directory", and performs creation of objects in AD and OUs (Organizational Units). 2\-3 Requests service and/or quotations from vendors. 2 Installs or supervises vendors during installation/maintenance of computer and peripheral equipment, such as computers, monitors, printers, disks, scanners, etc. Verifies system operation. 2\-3 Maintains up-to-date inventory of equipment, devices, and software installed in the company. 3 Responsible for retrieving computer equipment from personnel who leave the company. 4 Uses "help desk" as a tool to monitor and assist users. 2 Installs and integrates applications onto servers. 2 Supports configuration of new telephones. 2 Supports configuration of GPOs (Group Policies). 2 Supports backups of company systems. 2 Complies with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the Organization’s and Department’s Systems Policies. Provides support for various activities within the Systems Department.
