We work with recognized brands and licenses and foster a culture of **collaboration, growth, and results**, where talent is key to our development. **Job Objective** Support the **administration and calculation of payroll** for approximately **500 employees**, ensuring **timely and accurate payments** in accordance with current labor legislation. **Responsibilities** * Assist in weekly and/or biweekly payroll calculation and processing. * Record and validate attendance-related incidents (attendance, absences, overtime, disabilities, vacations, bonuses, and commissions). * Assist in calculating severance pay and final settlements. * Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications with IMSS. * Assist in calculating income tax (ISR), IMSS, Infonavit, and Fonacot contributions. * Prepare and retain payroll receipts. * Address payroll-related inquiries from employees. * Update databases and personnel files. * Comply with internal policies and maintain confidentiality. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field (preferred). * 1–2 years of payroll experience (with teams of over 300 employees). * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, ISR, Infonavit, and Fonacot. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills and experience with payroll systems. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional ethics. **We Offer** * Weekly salary payments * Statutory benefits * Monday–Friday work schedule * On-site employment * Job stability and professional growth **Apply through this channel and join Grupo Gardea.** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
