Interaction with staff and customers in a dynamic environment Description A leading company in the private security services sector seeks an Administrative Assistant for the “**Control Desk / Operational Control**” unit, tasked with overseeing all activities related to ensuring process quality both within and outside the company. **Requirements**: · Bachelor’s degree in Administration / Accounting or related field · Availability to work flexible hours **Experience/Knowledge Required:** · Customer service · Staff interaction · Service operations **Responsibilities**: \- Recruitment of security personnel. \- Hiring staff, drafting contracts, and preparing personnel files. \- Daily attendance tracking of staff. \- Preliminary payroll processing. \- Uniform compliance monitoring and follow-up. \- Assisting personnel with required procedures. \- Preparing, monitoring, and tracking administrative requests and procedures. \- Preparing attendance reports for service billing. \- C5 Security Permit (completion of affiliation forms, pre-qualification, disqualification, C5 booklet). \- Staff training. · Excel proficiency · Report preparation · Daily staff attendance control · Data entry of personnel files into the system · Issuing identification cards to newly hired staff · Customer and plant staff support **Qualities**: · Excellent customer service skills · Proactive · Positive attitude **Work Schedule**: · Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturday, 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM **We Offer:** · Statutory benefits **Work Location: Monterrey City Center** Position Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 \- $18,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
