Contribute to project success through experience and skills **Opportunity:** We are looking for a Concrete Batch Assistant to join our team at EL PALMAR BLOCK Y CONCRETO. In this role, you will play a vital part in preparing high-quality concrete mixtures, contributing to the success of our projects. **Responsibilities:** * Verify that equipment is fully operational to commence work on time and as scheduled. * Receive supplies delivered the previous day, cross-check them against delivery requisitions, and forward them to billing. * Review daily supply schedule for the following day jointly with scheduling, aiming to optimize human resources and equipment. * Assist in requesting raw materials required for concrete production according to the daily supply schedule. * Batch concrete materials while adhering to internal quality standards and regulatory requirements. * Record loading tickets for supplies per batch, per unit, as well as haulage records, and upload them into the system for updates. * Prepare payroll pre-report for personnel and submit it to HR. * Conduct weekly and monthly raw material inventories, maintaining acceptable loss tolerances. * Comply with company-established safety norms and procedures. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in concrete batching. * Knowledge of industrial safety norms and procedures. * Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across departments. * Effective communication skills and problem-solving abilities. **Benefits:** * We offer a safe and challenging work environment. * Professional development opportunities are available. * Commitment and dedication to excellence are highly valued.
