




A company dedicated to the **manufacturing of compounded medications** is seeking a committed, organized professional with a passion for administrative excellence to fill the position of **Billing Assistant**. We are looking for a responsible individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain order and control over the administrative processes supporting the company’s financial operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare, issue, and manage **CFDI 3.0 and 4.0 electronic invoices**, in compliance with current regulations. * Record and track **payments, collections, and credit notes**. * Generate and review periodic **administrative and billing reports**. * Respond to customer inquiries related to billing. * Verify accuracy of **data entry**. * Meet the **administrative and financial objectives** set by management. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical or bachelor’s degree in economics, administration, or related field (completed or incomplete). * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in billing processes. * Keyboard typing proficiency. **Technical Knowledge:** * **Aspel SAE** system. * **CFDI 3.0 and 4.0** invoicing. * Intermediate **Excel** proficiency. * **Personal Skills:** * Attention to detail and data entry accuracy. * Responsibility and commitment. * Organizational ability and results orientation. * Effective communication and proactive attitude. **Key Competencies:** * Administrative organization and control * Regulatory compliance * Data analysis and accuracy * Teamwork * Responsibility and professional ethics **Employment Conditions:** * **Gross monthly salary:** $12,000.00 * Quarterly bonus * **Statutory and above-statutory benefits from day one** * Monthly food vouchers * Additional rest days **Work Schedule:** * Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM * Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM * **Work Environment:** Stable, professional, and offering growth opportunities **Why Join Us:** We believe in talent that drives results.
