We are seeking: Appraisal Assistant – Querétaro **Requirements:** Education: Intern or recent graduate in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or related fields. Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in property surveys or real estate appraisals (MANDATORY). Knowledge of INFONAVIT, FOVISSSTE, SHF, and banking appraisal guidelines. Proficiency in entering appraisal data into the SAX system (MANDATORY). Valid driver’s license. **Knowledge/Skills:** Property inspection and surveying. General knowledge of appraisals. Entering appraisal data into the SAX system. Knowledge of INFONAVIT, FOVISSSTE, and banking appraisal guidelines (desirable). Knowledge of SHF appraisal guidelines (desirable).
