JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: *\+Review and control of incidents: attendance, tardiness, overtime, absences due to illness, and vacations.* *\+*Employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications with IMSS (or corresponding system). \+Drafting, reviewing, and safeguarding employment contracts and agreements. \+Calculation of severance settlements and final payments (monitoring the employee exit process). \+Addressing employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, pay slips, and contracts. \+Vacation entitlement verification. \+Verification of Infonavit and Fonacot loans. \+Control and updating of personnel contracts and files (physical and digital). \+General administrative support to the Human Resources department.
