




Are you looking for an opportunity to grow in the administrative field within a company passionate about coffee? **Join our team!** We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with a focus on sales and customer service to support the commercial and administrative departments, ensuring proper follow-up of the sales, distribution, and installation process of equipment with customers, as well as accurate administrative management of the department and maintenance of our website. **Key Responsibilities** * General administrative support. * Preparation and safekeeping of customer files. * Data entry and management in administrative systems and CRM. * Customer service via phone, written communication, and email. * Follow-up with prospects and customers throughout the sales process. * Assistance in preparing and sending quotations. * Recording and tracking of orders and sales invoices. * Coordination with internal departments for equipment delivery and installation. * Confirmation of dates, times, and requirements with customers. * Post-sales follow-up and escalation of incidents. * Support in invoicing and payment tracking (in coordination with the relevant department). **Requirements** * Completed high school diploma or technical degree in Administration or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, sales, or customer service roles. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and email. * Knowledge of Odoo (Preferred). * Experience in tracking sales processes (Preferred). **We Offer** * Monthly salary of MXN $12,000. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Opportunities for learning, development, and growth. **If you want to grow with us, send us your CV** We look forward to hearing from you!
