Support the recording, control, and analysis of accounting operations for properties, ensuring proper application of financial policies and regulatory compliance, thereby contributing to the generation of reliable information for decision-making. Education:** Technical Degree in Accounting or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (preferred). Experience:** 1–2 years in general accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry or service-oriented companies. * Proficiency in electronic banking, bank transaction flows, supplier payments, and payments to subsidiaries * Issuance of tax-compliant invoices (CFDI) and payment complements * Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, financial formulas * Knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP * Recording of accounting journal entries (revenues, expenses, daily entries) in the accounting system * Bank account reconciliation and reconciliation of accounts receivable/payable * Control and recording of invoices, expenses, and tax documents (CFDI) * Support in preparing monthly financial statements and internal reports * Verification of correct application of taxes (VAT, Income Tax) and withholdings * Control of accounting inventory and reconciliation with warehouse records * Filing and safeguarding of accounting documentation * Support during internal and external audits * Compliance with accounting policies and corporate procedures Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: Up to $19,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms Application Question(s): * Are you proficient in Microsoft Office?
