MAIN ACTIVITIES: * Carry out the Preventive Maintenance Plan. * Replace light bulbs, luminaires, switches, outlets, and respond to requests for other requested services (rooms, public areas, event halls, rooms, etc.) * Perform repairs on the hotel's hydraulic systems: sinks, faucets, etc. * Clean or treat pool and public area water * Assist in general maintenance of facilities (masonry, plumbing, painting, electricity) * Monitor the operational status of booster pumps, ensuring 24-hour supply of cold and hot water and solar panels * Assist in inspection and gas tanker loading into stationary tanks, record logbook information, take photos of tanks before and after loading, and forward information to HR for reporting * Maintain PM P, water, electricity, gas, and ISO logs * Supervise and assist in reducing water, gas, and electricity consumption * In general, perform all activities not contrary to the nature of the position Requirements: Must have completed a Technical Course in Electricity, Mechanics, Refrigeration, or similar Job type: Full-time Salary: $9,800.00 - $10,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
